a.Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable.

2.Cancel Your Subscription Anytime

a.Subscriptions can be canceled through the Account Settings page.

b.Cancellation Policy: You’ll retain access to content until the end of the current billing cycle but will not incur any further charges.

3.What Happens If There’s an Issue?

b.We’ll investigate your case and, if necessary, process a refund or assist in resolving the issue.

4.Refund Processing

a.Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
